We ship team orders, usually to a representative of your club. They would be in charge of distributing your team order to you. If you pay for shipping during checkout, we take care of shipping your order. After eight weeks of production, we process your order in our warehouse. We will notify you after shipping with an auto-email confirmation. This email will include a tracking reference. We ship with DHL from our Zoot Europe in HQ in Germany. Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
- We make your articles specifically for you. Your order is a custom order. After the production process has been started, we cannot change it. But we will always try to find the best possible solution for you
What If I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?
- We can change your shipping address until we have sent it out. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if necessary
What If I Entered the Wrong Billing Address?
- If your order was accepted by our system, it means your credit card company accepted the address that was entered. You don't need to contact us to update your billing address
